Restaurant Le Clos Basque in Biarritz center

This is a very small and nice restaurant just 3 minuts up from the beach Grand Plages. They have a terrace that is as big as the restaurant, perfect if it is nice and warm weather. I strongly recommend to call ahead for a seating, it is a popular local hangout.

I can tell you to try all of the local food and especially the local Biarritz cider. There wine list is a bit short and dont in line with the Bourdaux region, as ist neighbour and so close.

“This little restaurant serves great basque food for reasonable cost”. This is not a Michelin restaurant in service level, so be sure to have a good portion of time for this dinner. Every thing is in French and the personal is French!

But it is absolutly one of the best restaurants in Biarritz...
